Intelligent Land Investments (ILI) is a marketing and management company working primarily in the residential land industry in Scotland. ILI works closely with non-listed Plcs to identify land which has not yet been allocated by the relevant local authority for housing. The respective PLC secures the identified land and works towards achieving planning permission for residential development. If planning permission is obtained there will be a significant increase in value. The non-listed Plcs that ILI are involved with believe that private investors will respond to an opportunity to earn a proportion of the returns from land investments which are often the remit solely of large developers and pension funds.
